Overall, pretty happy and will consider other Divi Engine products in the future.

167. This really is a top plugin if you’re looking to build your store pages using the Divi builder. It adds loads of extra modules that handle everything you can think of related to Woocommerce. Having every element of Woocommerce broken down into modules and then added into the Divi builder means you have complate control over the layout and design of your Woocommerce pages. Anything from the cart and checkout, to the product page and shop pages can be built and customised using the Divi builder. The support is also excellent! 182. This plugin is your COMPLETE WooCommerce + Divi solution! I randomly found this one day, wishing there were some Divi WooCommerce plugins to help me out with a small online shop website I’m building. What I soon discovered after I bought this is that it combines all the WooCommerce + Divi customization needs I have on my list, like using the Divi Builder and Divi Libray Layouts on each WooCommerce product, on the account pages, on the checkout, on the emails, etc etc etc. I was shocked at how cheap the plugin is! Seriously! This is pretty new and it already has some amazing features that are exclusive to this plugin (trust me, I’ve tried some other and failed). I do not know the developer personally, only through the Facebook group and emails, but I happen to know he is extremely nice, a very smart developer, and replies quickly to questions and suggestions. There are new modules and updates and features in the works. Take a seasoned Divi designer’s advice, and buy this plugin if you plan to sell anything at all on your Divi website!

Your questions answered

The visual builder in the Divi Library is not working, it is just loading…

This is a known issue with Divi. To fix this go to Settings > Permalinks and update this page. Make sure you have the correct permalinks you want and click on save changes. This will fix the problem.

Account section, my CSS is not working quite right here

We have had some cases from other customers where the CSS generated from the Divi Builder was conflicting and when you change the text on one layout, it would affect the other layout – this was only happening in the account area.

Solution: Please make sure you have not enabled the Divi builder on your account page (not the layouts but the account page where the WooCommerce shortcode is on). Having the Divi builder with a text module and the shortcode inside would add unnecessary DIV’s and cause conflict. You should not have any builder on the “My Account” page, use the builder in the layouts you specify in the library.

How do I redirect the customer to the cart page after add to cart?

WooCommerce has added this setting in the default settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General > Redirect to the cart page after successful addition. Enable this

I cannot edit the modules using the visual builder

As of Divi BodyCommerce 3.0 it is now compatible with the Divi Visual Builder. Some of our modules are not 100% compatible yet but will still work, you may just not be able to see a live preview of the changes you make. You can see a full list of our compatible modules on our blog post here

General Can I get a refund?

We have a 14 days refund policy for these two reasons.

1.) If the plugin is broken and we cannot fix it.

2.) If the plugin does not do what we say it does on our product page. Please get in touch if you are unsure about any feature that is a deal-breaker.

The reason for this policy is that WordPress Divi plugins are downloadable products. We, therefore, have no guarantee that we will get back the program or that people will not use the material or pass it on – since it can be copied. Since our goal is to have happy customers and to go above and beyond for everyone, we will therefore do all we can to get the plugin working on your WordPress Divi website.

General What about customer support?

We take pride in supporting our customers. If you need help, you can contact us through your account – just submit a ticket and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please know that after purchasing one of our plugins you get one year of support for that particular plugin.

If you purchase a lifetime license you will get one year of support. If after this year you need help, you will need to purchase another year of support unless there is a fault with the plugin in which case we will still support you free of charge.

Please also know that while we do our best to get back to you as quickly as possible, we currently do not have 24-hour live support.

General Do I get updates?

All our plugins come with updates so long as the license is activated on your website and the activation of your license depends on whether you buy a lifetime or year subscription. If you buy a lifetime license then you will get updates indefinitely. However, if you buy a year’s license you will only get updates for that year.
